Project Highlight
A special recognition to Cyril Defente and the team overseas for their expertise, strategic execution, and outstanding results. Their work exemplifies the level of innovation and capability that sets our teams apart.
This project involved machining a massive crane span measuring 177.2 inches—nearly 15 feet in diameter—on site using a mobile solution.
Leveraging the SILK 48-200, the team executed a complex job that pushed the limits of on-site machining. The project required handling an enormous diameter with exceptional precision, all while completing the work entirely in place.
This achievement also demonstrated what’s possible in tight-access environments where traditional equipment simply cannot operate.
