Our TEAM delivered its highest Q1 revenue since 2019 with growth across both segments and every region we serve — a direct reflection of thousands of safe, precise, and on-schedule jobs.

Q1 revenue: $215.1M
(Up 8.3% over Q1 2025 — our best first quarter in seven years)
Q1 Adjusted EBITDA: $7.7M
(Up 45.2% from $5.3M in Q1 2025)

Inspection and heat treating revenue grew 8.6%, while Mechanical Services increased revenue by 7.8%.
2026 is Just Getting Started
For the rest of the year, we’re gearing up to meet even more ambitious goals, including:
- Deliver full-year revenue of $920M–$945M (up ~4% over 2025)
- Grow gross margin by ~8% at the midpoint of guidance
- Reach full-year Adjusted EBITDA of $68M–$73M (up ~16% over 2025)

Fires, Bears, and a Five-Day Turnaround
Shoutout to the crew at a remote mining operation who dodged forest fires and actual bears to deploy a full TEAM360 response, restoring the conveyor to full capacity in just five days.
