In Q3, our TEAM closed a $75M preferred equity investment with Stellex. We used the proceeds, along with amended credit facilities, to reduce debt and improve financial flexibility.

Our Manufacturing crew is building in-house sleeve material that mirrors real pipeline conditions, so welders up north can qualify and test on field-realistic setups.
Hot Tap Resilience in West Texas
A 42" x 36" 600# extended-travel hot tap on .880" X70 gas line in West Texas pushed our TEAM to the edge, but they stayed locked in and got the job done.
On-Stream Clamp, Zero Downtime
Facing a critical leak on an 8" 1500# flange at ~1,600 psi and 600°F, our TEAM designed and installed a custom clamp on-stream to fully contain the leak and keep production online.
